AVTA and Uganda Veterinary Paraprofessional Association were among other multi agency stakeholders in a strategic workshop convened in Jinja, Uganda. The objective of the workshop is to establish a platform that brings together all stakeholders in Uganda to support sustainable businesses in Animal Health Service Provision, share experiences and expertise as well as establish partnerships between the various stakeholders represented.

The President of AVTA, Benson Ameda presented on “Building a Sustainable Business in Animal Health Service Provision through training of Veterinary Para-professionals” at a Public-Private Multi-Stakeholders’ workshop in Jinja, Uganda.

In attendance were representatives from Veterinary Associations, Institutions and Government officers.
